Dumzy Bikes · Policy
ID and licence requirements
Draft policy — pending owner approval.
Documents
Aadhaar, Driving Licence, or Passport is accepted as identity proof. A valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory for every rental, even when another ID is provided.
Verification
The front desk physically verifies the documents at pickup and records who verified them and when. A rental cannot start without verification.
Data handling
Aadhaar numbers are masked in everyday views. Document images are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised staff.
