Damage and charges

Draft policy — pending owner approval.

Inspection

Condition, odometer, and fuel are recorded at pickup and return. Photos or notes can be attached to both inspections.

Damage beyond normal wear is charged at the actual repair cost. The renter receives an itemised explanation before the security deposit is settled.

A disputed charge is flagged for owner review. The scooter remains out of service until the damage is assessed.
