Security deposit
Draft policy — pending owner approval.
Amount
A refundable security deposit is collected at pickup. The default is ₹1,000; a different amount may apply to a specific scooter and is shown at booking.
Deductions
The deposit may be applied to late-return charges, extra hours, extra kilometres, fuel shortfall, or damage beyond normal wear. Every deduction is itemised with a reason.
Refund
The balance is refunded through the original payment channel after the scooter is returned and inspected. Online payments are refunded through the payment gateway.
