Cancellation and refunds
Draft policy — pending owner approval.
Cancelling before pickup
Contact the desk as early as possible. Any advance rent paid is refunded according to the notice given; the security deposit is refunded in full when no rental has started.
No-show
If the renter does not arrive within the pickup window and cannot be reached, the booking may be released and the advance forfeited.
Owner cancellation
If Dumzy Bikes cannot provide the booked scooter, the renter is offered an equivalent scooter or a full refund of amounts paid.
